In accordance to the General Data Privacy Regulative we've prepared dedicated GDPR page where you can review your rights, our obligations and other related information about handling your data. Please read further how to have control over your personal data.

User account

The user account is the central place for users to manage their personal data in accordance to GDPR. User data is required to provide a better user experience. Basic profile data for subscribers and customers can be reviewed and edited in change profile section in your profile. Password can be changed in change password section.

Customers vs. Subscribers

Both customers and subscribers are users in our system and get access to their user account. Customers have either active or past bookings while subscribers have only joined one of our newsletters. All customers’ orders can be reviewed under my orders and past orders sections in profile. Consents for order processing was given at the time when user agreed to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy when order was submitted.

Newsletters

You can manage your newsletter preferences here. At any time you can remove yourself from list and remove your consent, or subscribe to newsletter list and give us consent for contacting you about newsletter related stuff and nothing else.

Privacy actions

We wish to and are obligated to provide you with control over your personal data by making requests about your data. Data review, export and removal, just like pause processing of data and change requests, as well as posting any other questions and issues can be communicated over the form below. Some data can already be reviewed, changed or removed in various sections of your profiles. Additionally you can download .csv file with export of everything we know about you.
